Tomorrow is Already Monday, Again!

This weekend just flew by. We had a garage sale yesterday and we couldn't have picked a worse day to have it. It was cold and rainy all day. So, we couldn't really move any of the stuff outside to the drive way. I think the weather may have also been a deterrent for shoppers. We managed to get rid of lots of stuff but not everything. We were really wanting to get rid of an entertainment center and a desk, but no takers. We had some kitchen stuff and clothes left over that we took to a shelter in downtown Amarillo. We are going to do some rearranging in the house and switch around the guest bedroom and the room we are planning on making the baby's room, so Jason has some painting to do as well as cutting and painting new baseboards. We will find out next month if we are having a boy or a girl, so this month the guest bedroom will be our project.

I slept until 11:15 this morning, got up and made us some lunch and then went back to bed at 2pm. I slept until 4:30pm. I really needed some sleep. Luckily I have a 4 day work week since I'm off on Friday. I guess Wednesday I will be starting the 2nd trimester. Since I haven't had a sonogram yet, I don't know the "official" dating. But, in June they will do the sonogram to find out the sex and will know more about exactly how old he/she is. Although I will find out the sex before Leslie's baby shower in July, she suggested that I make an appointment at Stork Vision in Tyler one day while I'm down there and while the rest of the family is all in town. That way everyone could have a chance to see our baby via ultrasound on their big screen, so I'm keeping that in mind.

I guess some of my blog readers have been having a hard time seeing and voting on my polls, as well being able to "follow" it. I'm not sure why that is, but I'm going to put new polls up. We have narrowed the names down to 2 for a boy and 2 for a girl for now, so maybe the new polls will work. We'll see. Everyone try to vote.
